Base pricing is shown below. Cost for options as follows:

• Color covers: 50¢ per directory. Most popular option!
• Subdivision information, typically pool and tennis rules, board members and committees, etc.: 10¢ per page
• Quik-Find is 4 pages of frequently referenced information including school schedules, calendars, etc.: 25¢ per directory (limited availability).
• Maps quoted upon receipt of file. We can do color and fold out maps. See sample here.
• Pdf only editions are available for a flat fee of $100 plus tax. Use our system to update and approve and we'll email you the pdf reports to use however you wish. No advertising is included. Includes last name report, street address report, subdivision information, and baby sitter, pet sitter, yard worker reports.
• Want a print directory for just some of your residents? Use the Regular price below, as long as you order a minimum of one third of your total number of homes. In this case we'll include the pdf edition mentioned above for only $50.
